Autonomous Vehicle Control Agents
A top-down 2D tank game (Python, PyGame, Tkinter) where the objective is to collect ammo, eliminate other players, and stay alive. I built several kinds of autonomous agents to play it: some acted randomly, some learned through Torch neural networks, and others evolved their behavior through a custom genetic algorithm. Wrote up a report on emergent trends I observed, like niche creation, convergent evolution, and extinction. -
Wireless Lighting Controller
A network-connected lighting controller I designed from the circuit up. I modeled and tested the circuit in KiCad, hand-soldered the components into a custom TinkerCAD-designed enclosure, and wrote the firmware (Python) along with a web-based interface for creating dimming profiles and controlling the lights remotely. -
Briefcase PC
I used a thriftstore briefcase to build a server PC for my appartment. It is also useful for running software continuously (eg. data scraping) as it consumes very little power. -
